While living in Paris, I observed a deep appreciation for fine craftmanship, particularly Indian craft.

When I moved back to India a few years later, I studied the supply chain of luxury brands sourcing from Indian artisans. I realized that there were numerous issues that prevented artisans from showcasing the incredible diversity of craft that India is home to; including a disconnect between what global customers wanted and what artisans were making.

I founded Such Rugs to provide a one-stop solution for diverse buyer needs; bringing together fragmented artisan clusters under a single umbrella.
